I have been into diet/nutrition practically my entire life. (Not licensed or anything) But one thing I learned is that we take in far more toxins than anti-oxidants. Notice most foods you eat are filled with artificial flavors, colors and preservatives. So even though you think you are eating healthy with low fat, non fat foods..you are not. Add the fact that 95% of people do not eat enough fruits and veggies and it's a wonder why so many people get sick or are overweight. I suggest the following
1: eat 100% all natural and/or organic dist. You would be surprised how good the foods tastes. Traders Joes or Whole Foods is a great place to shop..BUT READ THE NUTRITION LABELS
2: eat organic fruits and veggies (at least 3-4 servings per day)
