Who am I?
GK Skyline’s portfolio of properties offers both affordable and high end rentals on both a short and long term basis. GK’s portfolio includes homes, town homes and condominiums up to five bedrooms. All properties include customary amenities with both upgraded and new residences available. GK offers a lease to buy program on all properties. Additionally, we work with our preferred lender on a direct basis so there are no broker fees. The GK portfolio is administered and managed by our in house operations management unit, GK Operations Management team.
